Kanban and Scrum Board
Both Kanban and Scrum workflow for managing projects are available in TeamTrace. Choose which workflow you’d like to use at the time of setting up the project. If you need a simple project board to track task progress, choose Kanban. If you need a fully loaded agile project management tool, choose Scrum.
Create custom columns for active tasks board –
organization’s rarely have same workflow for projects. Teamtrace lets you create new status columns in the task board and manage your task workflow accordingly.
